What’s it like to work at My Jewellery as part of Gen Z? WTFinance stopped by to give a behind-the-scenes look. Presenter Michelle Willemsen spent a day with our young professionals at the Headquarters, in My Warehouse and in the Boutique in Eindhoven.

A look into daily life at My Jewellery

Five colleagues shared more about their roles, personal growth and experiences within My Jewellery. From the fast-paced dynamic on the work floor to the freedom and responsibility they receive: the video gives a great insight into how versatile working at My Jewellery really is. It also highlights how important development, trust and being yourself are within our organisation.

2025: A year full of growth & milestones

DECEMBER 22, 2025


For My Jewellery, 2025 was all about growth. Not only as an organisation, but especially as a team. This year, we opened no fewer than 14 new Boutiques across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and reached an incredible milestone: we officially grew to more than 1,000 colleagues!

Building growth together

From our Boutiques to My Warehouse and the Headquarters: together, we created new opportunities, exciting projects and unforgettable moments. Behind every opening, launch and milestone are colleagues who bring energy, ambition and enthusiasm to work every single day.

And that is exactly what makes us proud. Not just what we achieve, but especially how we achieve it together.

 

Celebrating success together

2025 was a year full of power, connection and growth. A year in which we celebrated successes, both big and small, while continuing to build the future of My Jewellery together.

Cheers to us! And here’s to even more beautiful moments, growth and milestones in 2026!

Let’s beat Blue Monday together

JANUARY 21, 2026


At My Jewellery, we didn’t let the “most depressing day of the year” pass by unnoticed. Instead, we started the week with a relaxing yoga session, live in the Bistro at our Headquarters and online via Teams. Just thirty minutes of mindful movement, breathing and recharging together for the day ahead. A small moment of calm, but with a big impact.

Taking care of each other

After the session, fresh fruit bowls were ready for all colleagues. In this way, we turned Blue Monday into a moment of connection and positive energy instead. Because even on days that feel a little heavier, we believe in doing something extra for our team and being there for ourselves and each other.

At My Jewellery, we believe work happiness and wellbeing are just as important as working hard. Because when you feel good, you don’t only grow as a colleague, but also as a person.
