Growing together starts with My Intro

Every month, we welcome new colleagues during My Intro: our onboarding afternoon where they get to know My Jewellery, our culture and, of course, each other. An important moment, because a great start truly makes a difference.

The first step within My Jewellery

During My Intro, we take new colleagues through the story behind our brand. From how My Jewellery first started to where we are today as a fast-growing organisation. We also share more about how we work together based on trust, ambition and autonomy. Values that are part of our daily way of working.

Besides all the information, the afternoon is mainly about connection. New colleagues get to know one another, share experiences and discover how diverse the organisation really is. That way, a sense of involvement and team spirit starts from day one.

 

A strong start for growth

At My Jewellery, we believe growth starts with feeling welcome and seen. That’s why we consciously invest in an inspiring onboarding experience and a warm introduction. Because when colleagues feel free to develop themselves and truly be who they are, we all grow together.

During our monthly Team Demos, colleagues at the Headquarters get a behind-the-scenes look at different teams within My Jewellery.

A stage for every team

Each month, a different team takes the spotlight. During the demo, colleagues share what they’re working on, what their role is within the organisation and how other teams can collaborate with them. A great way to gain more insight into each other’s work while also sharing successes, challenges and ideas.

Colleagues at the office watch live from the Bistro, while remote colleagues follow the presentation through a professional Teams livestream. Thanks to the support of our in-house photography and IT teams, everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

 

Staying connected through knowledge sharing

The Team Demos not only create more understanding between teams, but also make collaborating easier and more fun. The better you know what’s happening across the organisation, the stronger you can support each other. That’s how we stay curious, connected and most importantly: continue growing together.

Celebrating Pride together

Last weekend, our Boutique in Cologne was all about Pride. With rainbow cookies, colourful balloons and a festive atmosphere, colleagues and customers came together to celebrate love, diversity and inclusion.

Being yourself

At My Jewellery, we believe connection starts with being able to truly be yourself. That’s why we believe it’s important to create space for everyone, regardless of background, identity or preference. For us, Pride is not only a celebration, but also a reminder of how important a safe and open working environment is.

The Boutique was filled with positive energy all weekend long. Together, our colleagues created something special and made sure everyone felt welcome. It’s exactly that feeling of care and connection that makes our culture so unique.

 

Stronger together

Diversity brings new perspectives, ideas and energy. It makes us stronger as a team and helps us grow as an organisation. That’s why we continue building a workplace where everyone feels seen, appreciated and free to fully be themselves.

Teamwork & celebrating together during Golden Weekend

Golden Weekend is always a special moment at My Jewellery. While thousands of customers shop their favourite items, our teams work at full speed to make sure everything runs smoothly. From My Warehouse to the Headquarters and all our Boutiques: everyone gave it their all.

All hands on deck

At My Warehouse, a DJ and food truck brought extra energy to the shifts, while colleagues enjoyed snacks and surprises throughout the day. Many colleagues from the Headquarters put on their safety shoes and helped out in the warehouse. Because at My Jewellery, we do it together. The atmosphere at the Headquarters was festive too. The day started with a shared breakfast and ended with a cosy after-work drink. In the Boutiques, golden decorations and tasty treats completed the weekend for both colleagues and customers.

 

Celebrating success as one team

Golden Weekend perfectly shows what we stand for as an organisation: teamwork, energy and celebrating success together. Because it’s during these peak moments that we truly feel how strong we are as a team and how much joy we get from growing together.

Studenten ontdekken My Warehouse

Recently, we opened the doors of My Warehouse to first-year Transport & Logistics students from Koning Willem I College. A morning full of energy, curiosity and inspiring conversations, where the students got a behind-the-scenes look at our logistics operation.

A look into the world of logistics

Onze collega’s vertelden enthousiast over het verhaal achter My Jewellery, de groei van onze organisatie en hoe het er dagelijks aan toegaat in My Warehouse. Tijdens een interactieve workshop maakten de studenten kennis met verschillende onderdelen van logistiek en e-commerce. En we sloten de dag af met een leuke quiz.

 

Inspiring young talent

For us, moments like these are incredibly valuable. We believe it’s important to introduce young talent to the industry and show them the many opportunities within logistics. The curious questions, enthusiasm and engagement from the students made this morning extra special. An inspiring day that is definitely worth repeating!

Re-Celebrate Swap Event: building sustainability together

Why always buy something new when there’s already so much beauty out there? With that thought in mind, our CSR team organised the Re-Celebrate Swap Event at our Headquarters: an inspiring afternoon where colleagues could swap their pre-loved clothing, jewellery and accessories for new favourite pieces from each other’s wardrobes.

Making conscious choices together

The event showed that sustainability doesn’t have to feel difficult. It can be fun, creative and bring people together. We believe that small steps can make a big difference when we take them together. That’s why we continue investing in initiatives that contribute to a more conscious future. For our colleagues, our customers and the world around us.

Sinterklaas visits the My Jewellery Headquarters

Last Thursday, our Headquarters was all about Sinterklaas. Together with four cheerful helpers, he visited My Jewellery for a cozy afternoon filled with surprises, pepernoten and lots of smiling faces.

An afternoon full of fun

Colleagues with young children came together to celebrate. From happy smiles to enthusiastic high fives with the helpers, everyone enjoyed the afternoon to the fullest.

 

Taking time for each other

We believe it’s important not only to celebrate successes at work, but also to make space for these personal moments together. It’s exactly those little extras that create connection and make our work culture so special. Because besides working hard, it’s also about having fun and creating beautiful memories together.

Team outings full of energy & connection

At My Jewellery, we believe that happiness at work and connection are just as important as working hard. That’s why our teams plan a team outing every year to create new memories together, get to know each other better and, most importantly, have a lot of fun.

From padel matches to boat trips

No team outing is ever the same. One team goes for a competitive padel session, while another prefers a boat trip, a GPS fatbike tour or an adventure in the climbing forest. It’s all about energy, relaxation and experiencing something together outside of work.

These kinds of moments often lead to the best conversations and the strongest connections. There’s a lot of laughter, plenty of new memories being made and lots of stories shared afterwards about all the adventures.

 

More than just a fun activity

For us, these outings are about more than just a fun afternoon or evening. They strengthen the bond between colleagues and help teams work together even better. Because the better you know each other, the stronger you can grow together.

Christmas party full of glitter, fun and 400+ colleagues

NOVEMBER 25, 2025


Even before the busy holiday season officially kicked off, colleagues from our Headquarters, My Warehouse and Boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France came together for a festive Christmas party at Theater aan de Parade in ’s-Hertogenbosch. With more than 400 colleagues, it became an evening full of energy, fun and connection.

A moment to celebrate together

With the peak season in full swing, we believe it’s important to consciously make time for each other. To catch up, celebrate successes and look ahead together to everything that’s still to come. With delicious bites, drinks, music and a packed dance floor, there was a festive atmosphere all evening long.

 

More than just a party

At My Jewellery, we believe growth is about more than achieving results. It’s also about enjoying the journey together. Evenings like these strengthen the connection between colleagues from different teams, countries and locations. And that only makes us stronger as an organization.
