Laughter, energy and positive vibes

The morning started with a laughter workshop at our Headquarters. Maybe a little out of everyone’s comfort zone at first, but it didn’t take long before the stress and Blue Monday mood completely disappeared.

Later in the day, colleagues also received an extra vitamin boost to keep the energy going. A small gesture, but one that brought lots of smiles and positivity to the workplace.

At My Jewellery, we believe it’s important to pay attention to wellbeing and happiness at work. Especially during busy or darker days, we believe in the power of connection, fun and the small moments that make a difference. Because creating a positive atmosphere is something we do together.

Growing through your own talent

We see that growth reflected on the work floor every single day. No less than 57.5% of our current coordinators at the Headquarters have grown into their role internally from another position. In our Boutiques, that percentage is even higher: more than 75% of our managers have grown within My Jewellery.

From Sales Assistant to Store Manager, or from a starter role at the office to a specialist position: we believe talent should have the opportunity to develop. That’s why we invest in guidance, trust and opportunities to take the next step.

A behind-the-scenes look

During the open day, visitors were taken through the story of My Jewellery. Colleagues shared more about our growth, our logistics operation and how we work together every day to make sure all orders arrive at our customers on time.

Of course, a tour through the warehouse couldn’t be missed. From smart processes to the daily dynamics on the work floor: visitors got a unique insight into the world of logistics and e-commerce.

Proud of what we achieve together

For many colleagues, it was extra special to show family and friends where they work with so much passion every day. At the same time, it was a great opportunity to inspire potential new colleagues and introduce them to My Jewellery as an employer. A day full of pride, connection and enthusiasm. Exactly what we stand for as an organisation.

Getting to know our world

During the introduction day, the interns got a behind-the-scenes look at our organisation and discovered what it’s like to work in a fast-growing fashion and e-commerce company. From our brand story and way of working together to the different teams within the organisation: everything revolved around connection, inspiration and growth.

To end the day on a creative note, the interns joined a jewellery-making session in the Atelier, completely in My Jewellery style. A moment where creativity, fun and getting to know each other all came together.

Growing together from day one

At My Jewellery, we believe in young talent and think it’s important that interns feel welcome from the very beginning. We’re looking forward to growing together and wish our interns a valuable, inspiring and most of all fun internship experience!

Teamwork beyond the workplace

During the run, everything revolved around teamwork, motivating each other and, most importantly, having fun together. Colleagues helped each other over obstacles, cheered one another on and pushed themselves to the limit as a team. Moments like these really show how strong the connection between teams is, even though we work at different locations every day. There was lots of laughter, determination and above all, enjoyment of the challenge.

Growing together

Trust, energy and team spirit were at the heart of the Viking Run. It perfectly reflected what we stand for as an organisation: helping each other, celebrating successes together and always moving forward as one team. Even if that means getting a little muddy along the way.

Focus on health and wellbeing

During the checks, colleagues could have different health indicators measured and receive instant advice tailored to their personal situation. From nutrition and exercise to energy and balance: everything revolved around awareness and feeling good, both physically and mentally.

Participation was completely voluntary, as trust and autonomy are very important to us. Still, many colleagues joined enthusiastically and afterwards, everyone’s metabolic age quickly became the main topic of conversation around the coffee machine.
